Closer…

One of the butterflies we released, taking a rest on our pear tree before flying away.

  1. gorgeous! makes my heart ache for spring. the butterfly looks happy about ti too :) Faythe @ GMTthanks for stopping & linking up.

  2. Kind of jealous! Here in North Dakota, real spring does not really appear until late May or early June. We get warmer days beginning the end of march but nothing blooms until May. On the upside, I do better with cold than heat! However, this has been a really long and rough winter.

  3. Genny, I love this picture! I love the new life evident in the buds on the tree. The butterfly also speaks of changes and new birth. New seasons. I am in one myself. It was so nice to 'hear' from you yesterday. What a lovely surprise to find your comment on my blog. I am sending you an email. Thank you for "looking" for me. :)Those quotes held special meaning for me also. It was/is a blessing to visit here.Hugs,Joy

  6. Oh! You are a bit ahead of us. We don't have buds on the trees yet, but we do have daffodils and crocuses starting to come up in our flower beds!

  7. Our trees are just starting to bud- today is really the first day you can see little flowers opening and it does make one feel so much more hopeful!

  8. Hi Genny,Thank you so much for visiting my post abortive healing blog while I was off line and leaving your greetings. Your message here is very encouraging! I pray blessings over you!Lisa
