Looking down from the top of Kilauea Lighthouse. |

Near Mount Waialeale, the location with the most rainy days per year on earth (up to 350 rainy days a year). You can see a waterfall in the center. |
|
The view from our balcony. |
|
The hotel pool. It was the biggest pool I’ve ever seen. |
|
Koi fish feeding time at the hotel. It was crazy! |
|
The vegetation there was gorgeous! |

Looks amazing. My husband and I went to Maui and Oahu on our Honeymoon almost 6 years ago. I always said that if we ever go back i would love to visit Kauai.
Oh you should, Katie! It is gorgeous. :)
sigh…I'm still jealous! After seeing all of your pix, I really want to go now…it's just the plane ride is so long for me and I can't take that. :(
I know, Uyen, the plane ride is long, even from California (well, at least it seemed that way to me!). But it is so worth it if you can go! :)
Goodness, look at all those koi!Lovely photos, Genny. Hope you're having a great week. :)
I know! The Koi were so amazing to watch. Some of them even "hopped" out of the water, climbing over each other.I hope you are having a great week too!
