In case you can’t see past these things either (New Book Releases Today!)
I got an email from my publisher with a sweet note that simply said:
Look here:
B&N also has it officially on sale.
This is only the beginning. ♥♥♥
And while I initially felt surprisingly calm seeing Finding Mommy Bliss officially out in the world…
that only lasted a minute before I wanted to jump up and down.
Because this book is a reminder to moms about how important their job is.
It’s a reminder of what a difference they make – to their kids and to the world.
And it’s a reminder that there is joy in the journey – even in the middle of the messy and mundane.
I’ve talked to a lot of moms through mentoring and speaking and–even though we’re all different–at the end of the day, we all want to be good moms.
We also want to be happy, and we struggle with finding that joy sometimes.
When I posted a giveaway for a signed copy of my book over at TheMomInitiative the other day, a precious mom left this comment:
“I am in a very hard season right now of working, homeschooling, and everything while my husband is looking for work. I can’t see past piles of clothes, dishes, school papers, and work schedules.”
If you’re a mom, you’ve probably been there too–not able to see past the chaos, responsibilities, and schedule. You’ve probably had moments (or days) where you felt discouraged, frazzled, frustrated, and maybe even lonely or sad.
We all have.
But there is hope, and there is bliss.
Even in those times.
So if you’re struggling to find joy in the messiness of motherhood,
if you’re longing for more happiness, more peace, more… something,
or if you’re just in need of a little inspiration and encouragement to brighten your day,
I couldn’t be more excited to share my book with you.
Enjoy it, mama.
And enjoy those moments.
This is only the beginning for you too.
