How was your Thanksgiving?
It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving has come and gone, and we’re already counting the days until Christmas. Is it just me, or does time seem to by flying faster and faster?
Even though it feels like this time of year came too quickly, I love the holidays. And I love Thanksgiving.
This year, we went to my mother-in-law’s house and had a wonderful time. Her table is always beautiful…
And the food is always delicious…
Here’s a photo of her with my father-in-law just before dinner…
The kids played piano and decorated the Christmas tree, and we all talked and ate, and ate some more. It was a great time!

Quick note: I’ll be in and out of town next week (I’ll tell you more about one of the things I’m doing in my post tomorrow), so I won’t be hosting Talkin’ Thursdays next Thursday. :)
Your blog is lovely. What a beautiful Thanksgiving, I could almost smell the food:)We don't celebrate Thanksgiving as we Australian – our family celebration is on Christmas Day – however my brother and his family live in Denver and they had a lovely day with friends and family.Jo
