Three things our kids need to hear us say – Week 3

Words are powerful.

Especially the words of a mom.

Today is the last day of my three week series on  breathing love and encouragement into our kids through our words.

I hope some of the things we’ve shared stay with us so we can pass them on, not only to our kids, but through our kids to others. :)

Three things our kids need to hear us say:

1. I’m sorry.

2. Your greatest success may come out of your biggest trial.

3. No matter what happens in life, you are never alone. God is with you. He pursues you and He loves you, no matter what.

Thanks for stopping by and joining in!

Come back next Mom-Monday to read about some things our kids shouldn’t hear us say.

What about you? What have you been saying to your kids lately? Take a minute and share your thoughts. —–

Thanks for stopping by for Mom-Monday – a day for mom-stories, tips, articles and inspiration. To join in, all you have to do is add your URL to the link list below and put my button anywhere on your site. It’s as simple as that; no post necessary. Just an easy way for moms to come alongside other moms!

  1. I'm getting ready to post about that later today. Words to encourage one of my sons on why he needs to turn in his homework! It sounds so LOL but it so isn't!Your words are the bread and butter of raising children! They are so true!

  2. This has been a great series! I'm glad you decided to do it. Thanks Genny!
